First Call helps families. First Call allows the family bond to be healed, to be strengthened and to survive. In alignment with its mission to reduce the impact of alcohol, drugs and addiction by providing quality resources to individuals, families and the community, First Call, a nonprofit agency founded in 1958 to serve the greater Kansas City area, annually provides services to over 20,000 individuals and families suffering from and impacted by addiction to drugs or alcohol, including assessment, outpatient treatment, counseling, and community prevention.
