University engineer with a hart of a construction worker needs corporate desin

My typical client are young families that just bought a house and want to renovate it. Maybe a new kitchen, new bathrooms? Or merge two rooms by tearing down the wall in between? Does it need new floors? As an engineer (ETH Zürich) with a flair for manual work, I will be their single point of contact (SPOC) and at their side from the beginning to the end. I speak German, English, Swedish and a little French. During the planning phase I will: - Maximize the possibilities according to given budget - Plan the project along the timeline - Propose own ideas to the client - Gather offers from specialists/craftsmen, negotiation and assign the orders - Contact with authorities if needed During the deconstruction & rebuilding phase I will: - Be physically on-site working by myself to save time and money for the client - Give access to the craftsmen - Control / supervising the craftsmen - Pose as a contact person for questions - Inform the client about progress in a adequate frequency (reporting) - Manage the interfaces / succession of the craftsmen During the residing phase I will: - Figure as SPOC for all warranty cases - Be available for continuative Projects Work tasks that I do by my own: - Deconstruction - Minor brick layer tasks - Minor plasterer tasks - Heat insulation projects - Minor painting tasks - Minor carpenter tasks - Flooring projects
