Discreto, servicial, fiel e integrante del equipo de servicio de Maximiliano y Carlota, llegó a ser mayordomo personal de Maximiliano y Jefe de Cocina del ... Carlota se caracterizaba por ser exigente y enfocada en los detalles durante sus ... Mandó traer sinnúmero de Chefs de Europa para dirigir la cocina del Palacio, sin permitir que siquiera uno durara más de 3 meses en tan honorable ...
