Fabulous winery and hotel in the Douro valley needs an image

The Quinta Do Outeiro Rocaille is an old manor house in the Portuguese countryside. It operates as a hotel, restaurant, wedding venue and winery. Our customers come from all over the world to stay and enjoy our wines and foods. The name has meaning. Quinta means a farm. Outeiro means small hill and Rocaille is the style of rococo architecture. The wines that we sell are branded with the name Rocaille and the wine has a logo. We have included examples of the wine labels and logo in the attached files. We now wish to create a brand for the hotel that links with the brand for the wines that we make there. We have been running for a few years with a logo which we want to change. Our offering will be relaunched next year with a much more luxurious service and the new logo will help with the new launch.

We have already put together a logo (as amateurs) which I have uploaded below. We would like to see what improvements a professional designer can make to that logo. If you want to suggest a completely different approach then that would also be welcome. The Rocaille wine logo is based on the font Aviano. The quinta website is at quintadoouteiro.pt We will require a brand identity document, brochures, menus etc. and a new web site. There are lots of opportunities for additional work and we would value a partner who can work with us over the next few months.
