Die Organisation bietet Seminare zu Themen rund um Führung an. Die Zielgruppe sind andere kleine bis mittlere Unternehmen. Der Organisationsführer ist Mitglied im Militär Das Labor ist dabei gewählt um zu verdeutlichen, dass die richtigen Eigenschaften zusammengemixt werden müssen um erfolgreich zu führen.

Als Symbol soll etwas Laborartiges enthalten sein (Reagenzglas als Bsp). Farblich voll flexibel soll es modern, professionell und hochwertig wirken. Wenn die Herkunft aus dem Militär (Offizier) integriert werden kann super, nicht muss.
