Other color requirements
Stark and dark with black, white, and grayscale but also sparingly other colors such as red and earth tones.
In the Bible, Moses came down from Mount Sinai to bring God’s Ten Commandments to the Jewish people. The classic image is of the regal, bearded patriarch holding the stone tablets, the mountain behind him, followers at his feet. But THE JEWISH BOOK OF HORROR—Denver Horror Collective’s forthcoming fiction anthology of dark tales of the Chosen People—tells an earlier, much more disturbing story of Moses. During a brief unstable time in his life before he found God, Moses went down into the bowels of the Earth and came back with tablets of volcanic rock known as THE JEWISH BOOK OF HORROR. The wraparound cover we’re looking for should resemble the classic images of “Moses on the Mount” but far scarier. In this version, Moses looks insane and threatening. The tablets he holds over his head are made of black volcanic rock. Instead of the mountain in the background, a cave and a pit leading down into darkness, thunderheads in the night sky and lightning flashing. And the followers at his feet are writhing, screaming, bleeding, puking, other terrible things happening. Cover text should be written WITH EDITABLE TEXT ON A DIFFERENT LAYER in an appropriate font, possibly like engraving (NOT fake Hebrew lettering). Cover details: -Wraparound -6x9 -300 dpi minimum -Editable text on a different layer
What to avoid
-No Hebrew or fake-Hebrew English lettering please. -No depictions of God -Please don't use the images I provided, I do not own the rights and uploaded simply for inspiration.

HRM_Graphics went above and beyond for me when designing my book cover. He made multiple revisions and listened to my feedback to a T. His work was the highest quality out of all the entries and I will definitely be using this service again. He said he will continue to support me in my publishing journey and for this I am very grateful. Would highly recommend! Thank you!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
