FREEDOM - Feeling Your Way Through Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Faith is a foraging, foodie, fermenter who loves to herbs, hiking, being out in nature, travel and getting creative. She's recovered from self-hatred, body shaming, CFS/ME, depression, IBS, chronic pain, and the need to people please. She assists others to to reconnect with self, health and life through coaching, her membership site and YouTube channel.
I’m no Doctor and I’m not telling you this book or it’s contents will ‘fix’ you. What I am saying is this books contents may assist you in living a less conflicted life, one where you hang out more frequently in a place that your body can heal itself. It may also open you up to the teachings of this intense illness and allow you to start to feel freedom from your thoughts and the cage many of us live in day to day. All illness or trauma can either add to our already heavy load we carry or they can be the catalyst for change and a freer future. I know which one I choose!
20 - 60 year olds, predominantly women, but some men with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, who don't normally work or if they do very little. UK, USA or Australia mainly, but some other European countries too.
Book cover type
I would like something in keeping with my last two books (will supply images of these) but also something that isn't too girlie (as this is for men and women) and shows that it's a serious book but that it's still written by me (if that makes sense).
What to avoid
Stock imagery and the colour pink I would also like the final design given to me in an editable format for my publisher (one where each part of the book cover and be adjusted as they see fit / need to).
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their book cover.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
faithU collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
