We do this through a comprehensive suite of employment background screening services including the industry’s most thorough and accurate criminal background checks, resume verification services and substance abuse screening. Site visitors are generally human resources professionals who more conservative than most. It’s probably 60/40 female. Most visitors have a 4 year college degree. Average age is tough. System users are probably younger as the actual act of conducting a background check is more admin/entry level related. Those researching a new solution are spread out, but it doesn’t go up to C-Level. Target customers are employers with 500 or more employees (mid to large sized organizations). Buyers are generally HR generalists, HR managers, HR directors, recruiters and security folks (demo on security is male dominated and skews older than average HR person).
